Component 1 entails many activities of which the budget of supplies is about 10.5 Million Euro, consultancy services of about 3 Million Euro, and works contracts of about 20.5 Million Euro. Component 1 concerns infrastructure and supply projects such as:
1. Water supply of St. Katherine and Wadi Ferian Villages;
2. Wastewater system improvement in El-Tur City and Wadi El-Tur Village;
3. Solid Waste Management in South Sinai;
4. Supply of boats, mooring, tracking and monitoring systems, water tankers and rural tanks, SWM equipments; and IT equipments and
5. A sustainable tourism development study for South Sinai.
